The specific steps are as follows:
Go to the "My Orders" page, find the order you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel Order" button;
After selecting the reason for canceling the order, submit the application;
After the "Cancel Order" application is successful, you can check the cancellation progress on the "My Orders > Customer Service > Cancel Order Record" page.
