This product is strictly based on the "PRC Consumer Protection Law" and "People's Republic of China Product Quality Law" to implement after-sales service, the service content is as follows:


First, the return policy

1. Anyone who purchases this product through the PC terminal or WeChat terminal of OTOT Mall can enjoy no reason to return the service within 7 days from the date of receipt. The user must present a valid proof of purchase upon return and return the invoice. The user must ensure that the returned goods maintain the original quality and function, the appearance is intact, the trademarks and various marks of the goods themselves and accessories are complete and complete, and if there are gifts, they must be returned. If the product is damaged, the package is missing, and the spare parts are missing, the return will not be processed.

The logistics costs incurred in returning the goods shall be borne by the user (see the “After-sales service charging standard” for the charging standard). If the user does not settle the logistics charges, the actual amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

The paid purchase price will be refunded to the user within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. The refund method is the same as the payment method. The specific date of arrival may be affected by factors such as banks and payment institutions.

2. Within 7 days from the date of the user's receipt, the non-human damage performance failure occurs. After the OTOT after-sales service center checks and confirms, the user will return the business. When returning, the user must present the valid purchase certificate and return the invoice. If there is a gift, it must be returned.

3. Within 30 days from the date of the user's receipt, the non-human damage performance failure occurs. After the OTOT after-sales service center checks and confirms, the user exchanges the business and replaces the whole set of goods. After the exchange, the three-package period of the goods itself is recalculated.


Second, the warranty policy

After 30 days from the date of user sign-off, non-human damage performance failure occurs. After the OTOT after-sales service center detects and confirms, the user is repaired.

Third, non-warranty terms

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

1. More than three guarantee periods;

2. No warranty card, invoice or warranty card does not match the invoice information;

3. Damage caused by human causes;

4. Damage caused by irresistible factors;

5. Any damage caused by the use, maintenance and adjustment not in accordance with the requirements of the User Manual;

6. Exceeding normal use conditions, forcibly using the product to cause malfunction or damage;

7. Demolition or repair without the authorization of OTOT company;

8, malicious damage warranty card content, product information, including fuzzy damage, tearing, tampering, etc.;

9. Other failures and damages caused by problems other than the design, manufacture and quality of the product itself;

10. Apply this product to commercial use.

If this happens, the user will need to pay for the repair.
