OTOT Service Agreement


The mall strictly follows the "PRC Consumer Protection Law" and "People's Republic of China Product Quality Law" to implement after-sales service, the service content is as follows:


1. Consumers can only apply for return if they meet all of the following return conditions.

(1) Return the goods, please keep all the accessories of the goods;

(2) The purchased goods, gifts and invoices must be returned together in good condition;

(3) It is not a case of not returning the goods;


2, the following circumstances will not apply for return

(1) Goods not purchased from this website;

(2) Goods that exceed the warranty period of the three-package product;

(3) If the damage or abnormality caused by the use, maintenance or storage of the working environment of the goods that is not used or instructed by the instructions of the product or caused by the disassembly, repair or modification of the system software is caused, the label or machine may be altered or torn off without authorization. Serial number, anti-counterfeiting mark;

(4) The outer packaging, accessories, accessories, gifts, and instructions of the goods are incomplete, and the invoices are missing or altered;

(9) Failure to send the returned goods within the specified time;

(10) Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.


No reason to return within 3 or 7 days:

(1) No reason to return on the 7th: Any OTOT brand products sold by the PC or WeChat of OTOT Mall (except for the goods specially agreed on the product page), there is no reason to return the goods on the 7th, consumers can submit the order application online or Contact OTOT Mall Customer Service Center 400-003-2888 for return and exchange;

(2) If you receive the goods within 7 days (including 7 days), you are not satisfied with the goods, you can enjoy no reason to return, the user must present valid proof of purchase and return the invoice. The user must ensure that the returned goods maintain the original quality and function, the appearance is intact, the trademarks and various marks of the goods themselves and accessories are complete and complete. If there are gifts, they must be returned together. The gifts include gifts, points, vouchers, coupons, etc. form. If the gift cannot be returned, the operator can ask the consumer to pay the gift price according to the price of the gift indicated in advance.

(4) After OTOT Mall receives your returned goods, after OTOT After-sales Service Center checks and confirms, OTOT Mall will return the payment to you according to your original payment channel. The specific date of arrival may be affected by factors such as banks and payment institutions;

(5) Return shipping cost: The logistics cost incurred during the return is borne by the user, that is, the customer sends the delivery fee to the OTOT repair center, and does not accept the peace mail method. If you return by peaceful mail, it may be Was rejected or approved to deduct the advance payment from the purchase price. If the user does not settle the logistics charges, the actual amount will be deducted from the refund amount.


4, quality problems within 15 days replacement:

(1) Any OTOT brand products sold by the PC or WeChat of OTOT Mall (except for the goods specially agreed on the product page), the quality problem is replaced within 15 days, consumers can submit the order application online or contact OTOT Mall Customer Service Center 400-003-2888 for return and exchange.

(2) Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods (including 15 days), non-human damage performance failure occurs. After OTOT Mall receives your return of the goods, OTOT Mall will provide you with the confirmation after confirmation by OTOT after-sales service center. Handling exchanges. 5, 1 year warranty

(1) Those who use the OTOT brand products sold by the PC or WeChat of OCT Mall (except for the goods specially agreed on the product page), enjoy one year warranty after-sales service, within one year from the day after you sign the goods, if the goods appear When the national three guarantees of non-human performance failure, OTOT Mall provides you with free repair service, no maintenance service fee. After more than one year of maintenance, you will be charged for the parts that must be used for repairs, with your consent. (2) Judging the actual date of receipt:

(3) Maintenance postage: 1 year for non-human maintenance due to performance failure, customers need to send the express delivery to the OTOT repair center, do not accept the peace mail method, OTOT Mall to help you free repair, the mall bears the freight back commodity.


Note: The following conditions are not covered by the warranty

(2) The product valid warranty certificate and valid original purchase invoice or receipt cannot be presented, and the original serial number label of the product has been altered, replaced or torn;

(3) The product has no serial number or the product model or serial number on the warranty certificate does not match the physical product;

(4) Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.

(5) The product shell, accessories, gifts, etc. do not enjoy the three-pack service;
